1. Can I add-on special greeting cards for my bouquet?
Yes, you can! We provide our standard greeting cards at free of charge. You can also upgrade to handmade cards with an additional charge ranging from RM15 - RM25.
2. Could I combine the gifts on this product with this other bouquet design?
Yes! We do accept customizations of any kind, just message us through our WhatsApp and we will be more than delighted to cater to your requests.
Delivery during normal periods will be as per usual. Either self-pickup from our retail store, or delivery.
1. Do you deliver during MCO period?
We currently provide next-day delivering to green zone within KL & Selangor, so you can still send flowers and gifts to your friends and loved ones, especially during these times when seeing people in person becomes more difficult. At the same time, our primary concern is the well being of our team and customers, so we are enhancing safety measures. Our courier offer contactless delivery for all orders. When we feel that we can safely and responsibly reinstate our same-day service and open our facilities, we will update you!
2. Will it take an extra day to deliver during MCO period?
We will try our level best to fulfil next-day shipping. Due to the restricted daily travelling time, your order may be delay.
3. Can I pickup my order?
Our retail is closed during MCO period. We only provide delivering services.
